To book a session, please fill out the client questionnaire by clicking on the Book Now button which can be found on every page of my website. Upon completing the questionnaire, I will contact you to introduce myself, answer any questions you may have, and then secure your photoshoot.
Please provide me with a minimum of 2 weeks notice to ensure a spot on my calendar. However, the sooner you can book with me the better, because my schedule does fill up fast.
Yes. Every photoshoot does require a fully executed contract by both the photographer and the client prior to the session.
Yes. Every photoshoot does require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder is due no later than the day of the photoshoot.
I specialize in portrait photography ranging from lifestyle portraits to fashion, beauty, family portraits, couples, corporate, branding, and more.
My primary service areas are: Arlington, VA, Alexandria, VA, Washington D.C., and National Harbour, MD. Depending on the type of session that you require, I do travel outside of my service area. However, please note that the price of the session may increase depending on the location of the photoshoot and any travel expenses that I may incur.
Choosing the perfect outfit is important for every photoshoot. Each session is unique, and depending on the type of photoshoot I may recommend different options. I love helping my clients select what to wear so that they feel comfortable, confident, and 100% ready for our session.
A typical session is one hour, however depending on the package you select, the photoshoot may last up to 3 hours or more.
I offer my clients a list of locations to choose from. However, if you have a preferred location within my service area, I’m happy to accommodate it. If you’d like the photoshoot to happen outside my service area, there will be an extra charge for travel.
In the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule the photoshoot.
If you wish to include pets or additional family members in your photoshoot, we’ll cover this during our initial discovery call to ensure that our session is well-prepared. If you decide to include extra participants (including pets) beyond what we initially discussed, additional charges may apply.
If you encounter an emergency and need to cancel our scheduled session, then I will accommodate your request with no extra charges, and we can reschedule you for another time. For non-emergency cancellations, I kindly ask that you let me know in advance to avoid any additional costs.
If you are running late to the photoshoot, please let me know as soon as you can. I will wait for up to 15 minutes, but if you are running more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel the session. If you do not let me know that you are running late and don’t respond to any of my communication attempts, then I may consider you a ‘No Show’ and reserve the right to cancel your session.

Yes. I provide basic editing services with a focus on maintaining a natural look without excessive editing. If you require specialized retouching like skin or body retouching, I collaborate with a dedicated retoucher, incurring an additional cost per photo with such enhancements.
The number of finished photos that you will receive will depend on the package that you selected. For full details on what each package includes, please refer to the Services page on my website.
I do not provide hair and makeup, however I can recommend top rated hair and makeup artists. If you would like to have your hair and make up done prior to our session, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can connect you to my contacts within the DMV beauty industry.
My approach focuses on client comfort and confidence. The initial 15 minutes serve as a warm-up period, allowing us to get acquainted and for you to get familiar with the camera. After those first 15 minutes, my clients begin to loosen up and feel more comfortable. You can rest assured that I am well prepared for our session because I make sure to meticulously scout locations in advance, I plan poses, and I also encourage natural candid moments that often happen organically. I always make sure to have water and snacks on hand. This client-centered approach results in beautiful images that capture genuine moments.
